Fettuccini De Polo Alla Pomodoro

Method:
1.  Boil the pasta as mentioned on the pack for 5-7 minutes, drain and apply some Olive Oil.
2.  Heat the heavy bottom cooking pan and add balance olive oil, fry the garlic till the time it turns golden brown, add fine chopped tomato and cook it,
3.  Add chicken and cook it for 5 minutes.

4.  Add pasta, season it with salt & pepper and dish out with garnish of grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves

Method:
1.  Marinade the Chicken with Salt, White Pepper, Corn Flour and Eggs. Keep it aside for 1 Hour.
2.  Make sauce with Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Honey and Tomato Ketchup.

3.  Deep fry the chicken and toss it with sauce.
